-- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that its Turkish subsidiary, IMS, will be changing its brand to Hill International effective immediately.
IMS Proje Yonetimi ve Danismanlik A.S., (IMS) was acquired by Hill on April 16, 2015. At that time, IMS had approximately 80 professionals, headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.
"The blend of our two companies' cultures have enhanced the value delivered on our projects and have improved our ability to meet our clients' expectations and requirements," said Serdar Gucar, former President of IMS and now Vice President and Managing Director of Turkish operations for Hill's Project Management Group. “We expect that the Hill brand will be viewed very favorably in the Turkish market,” added Gucar.
